I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting, and I was pleased with the amenities provided. The snack bar/deli, coffee shop/cafe, and business center were all convenient and useful during my stay.

Very helpful and efficient staff members, magnificent location near the town centre, where one can take a walk and have a good meal at one of the many restaurants, bus station, and Bulgaria in June 2016. Also, close to the city center.

the hotel was spotlesswith modern interior and nestled in a very well maintained building. nicely equipped generous sized room with aircon. a wide array of nice food for meals. location right by the shopping area as well as the town centre and train and bus stations.

The sleep quality was excellent, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's rest. The car security was top-notch, with a small parking area right in front of the reception and camera surveillance. Access was easy and convenient, and we were impressed by the delicious salads served. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend City Blagoevgrad Family Hotel as a great choice for a one-night stop during a long journey.

Great value for the price! The room was well-furnished and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a refrigerator. It was surprising to find such a comfortable room at such an affordable price. The location, although a bit far from the bus station, was actually close to the college, which meant there were plenty of cheap and delicious food options nearby. Plus, it was only a 15-minute walk to the bus station.

The room we stayed in was directly above the restaurant and front entrance, so it did get quite noisy in the mornings. We didn't ask to change rooms, so it's possible the hotel would have accommodated our request.
